Tumbler Care

All tumblers will include a care instruction card inside of the cup or box (with the exception of stemmed wine glasses, which will have the sticker located on the back of the included business card)

Tumblers are coated with an epoxy finish that gives it a smooth, glass-like finish. While this helps protect the underlying work, it is breakable if handled improperly. Please be sure to follow the instructions below:

*Hand wash only. Only regular, dish soap should be used. Do not use any harsh cleaning agents or chemicals.
*Do NOT put it in the dishwasher
*Do NOT put it in the microwave
*Do NOT soak
*Do NOT drop. Handle your Tumbler with care

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

- All Skulls & Petals Tumblers will have the logo on the bottom of the cup.

- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for pre-made items that cannot be customized.

- If you encounter any issues, please report them within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- It's important to inspect your items promptly to ensure that any damage reported occurred during delivery and not due to misuse by the buyer.

- We cannot guarantee that a tumbler will fit in your car cup holder due to varying sizes. Refunds will not be issued for tumblers that do not fit.

- No two cups are the same and minor imperfections are normal. We strive for perfection in every cup, but we are only human.

- Please be aware of possible cross-contamination with glitter and minor imperfections as these are handmade items.
